Theme: Honoring Traditions in 2025
We are beginning to finalize plans for our annual homecoming celebration which is scheduled to be held during Mother's Day Week-end as has been tradition.

Services will be held at the St. Reddick M B Church, 586 Pamlico Street, Belhaven, NC and will begin at 10:00 AM.
Music will be provided by an alumni chorus. If interested in participating in the chorus, be present.

Guest Speaker: the former Regina Slade, Class of 1985
Special Guests: Honored Classes 1955, 1965, 1975 & 1985 Sustaining Patrons
Tickets: Advance - $50; (Monies Due by April 20th to guarantee a copy of the souvenir book)
Tickets on site - $55 (Copy of souvenir book not guaranteed.)

Parade Saturday, May 10, 2025 11:00 AM
We are inviting members of all classes to decorate a bike, motorcycle, car, truck, SUV or flat bed and join us for the longest parade in our history. Members of any class/group who would like to walk the route are invited to do so.
Formation will begin on Railroad Street at 9:00 AM. Please contact Charles(Peaches) Slade or Clyde Windley or Al Whitney for additional information.
Children will not be allowed to ride on a flat bed but may ride in a car, boat or truck. If riding in a truck or boat, they must be seated. All children must be under the supervision of an adult and must wear a helmet if riding on a bike or motorcycle. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in this matter.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Ø All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Ø Absolutely no unattended vehicles may be left on the festival grounds the night before the festival.
Ø Vendor Registration Forms fee must be returned by April 18, 2025.
Ø You must provide your own tent, tables etc.
Ø Set-up will begin @ 7:00 am on Saturday, May 10, 2025. A representative from the Health Department will be on-site at 9:00 AM for inspection. No set-ups of food vendors will be allowed after inspection.
Ø Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form.
Ø Vendors will have from 5-7 p.m. to pack-up. All vendors must be off festival grounds by 8 p.m. Each area will be inspected for trash.
Ø Each vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
Ø The Belhaven Alumni Club is not liable for any accidents.
Ø Application for Temporary Food Permit due to Beaufort County Health Department by April 18, 2025

Due to possible limits on the size of mass gatherings, we may have to limit seating. So, please purchase your ticket ASAP from any member.

Special Guests: Classes of 1955, 1965, 1975 and 1985 We will also salute those alumni, classes and groups who have supported our efforts via financial donations and participation in club activities.
How to Receive A Souvenir Book
1. Attend the banquet Souvenir books will not be mailed to persons who purchase banquet tickets but do not attend unless absence is due to circumstances beyond your control.
2. Purchase a book for $40 which will be mailed to those who purchase a copy. Book must be purchased by April 25th to guarantee a copy.
3. Purchase an ad for at least $40 and a copy will be mailed to the person who purchased the ad.

Make A Note
We have all experienced delays in receiving our mail and agree that the US Postal Service needs improvement. It is not improving despite the increase in postage rates. Therefore, we are recommending that you mail your monies at least 10 days before the due date to ensure that you have met the deadline.

If you are interested in purchasing space for a congratulatory, memorial or business ad, please do so by April 20th. A complimentary copy of the souvenir book is guaranteed for all purchases of at least $40.
